It's Ultrasound Day

Lola had her X-Ray and Ultrasound at VCA today for her May 2022 Litter

Her appointment at the VCA Calgary Trail Animal Hospital is always top class and Lola is treated with VIP treatment, she even gets excited when we say that she's going to go visit Dr. Sherry. Never have we seen a dog excited to go to a vet! As always, everything went smoothly but we will not receive Lola's X-Rays until Monday. When we took a look, it seems her litter might range from 4-5 pups this time around but you never know until the delivery day (those little ones are good at hiding). That doesn't mean we don't have some neat things to show you. We got to experience her ultrasound first hand and we have some videos for you as well!

Everyone here is super excited for May 11 to come

It was moving to see little hearts beating and can't wait to see them first hand once they enter the world. We will update this post with Lola's X-Rays once we receive them as well. We always love having people experience this adventure with us along the way, so keep checking back for updates. Here are the updates on the X-Rays and what are bets are on the number of pups

We have received the X-Rays and we are placing bets on the number of the litter which is always a fun game. Dr. Sherry is guessing about 4 pups, Rob is saying 7, and Alyssa is making a bet on 5. What are your guesses, we would love to know! Take a look and let us know.

Here is what we crudely drew to see how many of the little ones we could see. It is so hard to see and they seem to be hiding or overlapping. Looks almost like an NFL play call.
